Post Insulator
Post Insulators include Station Post Insulators, Line Post Insulators, and Pin Post Insulators.
This type is the Station Post Insulator, also referred to as an Outdoor Solid Corrosion Insulator. It is used to isolate and support the conductive parts of outdoor power plants, transformer stations, and electrical equipment (disconnectors) at average nominal voltages of 10-500 kV.
It consists of a ceramic insulator body and cast iron fittings. Our factory primarily produces station post insulators according to IEC, ANSI standards, and the specific standards of some countries (like Russia, Mexico, and South Africa).
The suitable environmental range for the station post insulator is -40℃ to +40℃, and some can be used at altitudes of 4000 m. Station post insulators are categorized into two types: normal type and pollution-resistant type. The pollution-resistant type can be used in medium, heavy, and highly polluted areas.
IEC POST INSULATOR

The IEC Station Post Insulator is manufactured according to IEC 60273 and IEC 60168 standards. Royal Insulators supplies IEC Post Insulators with nominal voltages ranging from 10 kV to 500 kV. The BIL voltage ranges from 95 kV to 1800 kV, and the Console Strength ranges from 4 kN to 20 kN. Our IEC Post Insulator is made from lighter and higher strength C130 material.
